Get Ready for Clinton’s New Location in 2025

Clinton Community College will begin transitioning to its new location on the SUNY Plattsburgh campus at the start of the Fall 2025 semester. Just four miles up the road, the new location will allow us to provide a better education and student experience for the people of Clinton, Essex, and Franklin counties while keeping costs low.

With a location on the SUNY Plattsburgh campus, Clinton Community College students will benefit from a richer student life with access to on-campus housing, recreational facilities, student support services, and the broader Plattsburgh communityall while paying low Clinton tuition.
The new location will allow Clinton Community College to save money and streamline operations. That empowers us to invest more in our in-demand 2-year degrees, certificates, and microcredentials that lead to good-paying jobs or prepare students to transfer to a 4-year program.
Clinton Community College already has a strong relationship with SUNY Plattsburgh, including a dual admissions program and more than 40 transfer agreements. The new location will only strengthen this relationship and give students more streamlined opportunities to continue their education.
There will be no disruption to Clinton Community College students’ academic progress or admissions during this process. We will work closely with our students and applicants to ensure a smooth transition to the new location in Fall 2025.
